What to expect from our worship service?

The purpose of our worship is to glorify God first. So our services are designed with that purpose in mind.

We begin with worship songs - a mix of psalms, hymns, and contemporary spiritual songs. Our goal is to glorify Jesus first and not ourselves.

There is a time of greeting one another after we give our tithes and our offerings.

Then we worship through the preaching of God’s Word. Expect preaching that is straight from the Bible and applicable to our walk as Christians.

We do not have kids programming during services because we believe that it is essential for children’s spiritual formation to worship the Lord with their families. The entire family is learning the same message every week. There is a nursery with a live feed to the service for mothers and babies if moms feel they need a separate location.

Parking is available on the South, West, and North sides of the church building. Handicap parking on the south and west sides of the building. Additional parking is available at the courthouse as well as 4th ave and 6th street. Our address is 402 6th St. Sibley, Iowa 51249

Most of our attenders wear casual clothes, although some enjoy dressing up. Wear whatever helps you worship.
